The rental unit must be left in a clean condition by 11 am.
Please do NOT drive up with the caravan/PWC to check out and come to reception on foot.

Online booking - save 100 DKK
Manual booking and price enquiry - plus 100 DKK processing fee
It is not possible to shorten your stay free of charge once you have made your booking or started your journey.

Campsite rules
Quiet on the Campsite: 22 - 7 h
Safetydistance: Keep 3 meters distance to your naibore (1,5 Meter to the border of your campingarea)
Playground Rules
Only acces for our guests. Use at your own risk. Bouncy cushion and climbing castle for
children up to 13 years only (no adults).

Fishing rules
If you want to fish in Denmark, you generally need a fishing license (fisketegn).
The license can be easily purchased online as a daily, weekly, or yearly permit.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, please inform us in writing by e-mail: booking@gammelmark.dk
If you wish to cancel, please do it as soon as possible. If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded.
However, an administration fee of DKK 300.00 will be deducted.
If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded, with the exception of the administration fee of DKK 300.00.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your planned arrival, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival must be paid in full.
If the deposit is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Electricity
On arrival you will receive a power card with all the important information about your power supply at the pitch. The setting is not always identical at the different parking spaces. Therefore, please observe the instructions and power specifications on your keycard flyer.
Info
Bed linen (cabins / tents) It is possible to book bed linen for your stay.
B&B rooms In the B&B rooms, the use of bed linen is included in the price, as is the final cleaning.
B&B rooms include final cleaning and bed.
However, used cutlery, plates etc. must be washed up.
Please put used bed linen in the corridor.

Cleaning
Cabins and tents must be cleaned by the tenant before departure.
Final cleaning can be ordered no later than the day before departure.
