Camping cabins
Enjoy a vacation or a weekend by the sea. At Gammelmark Strand Camping we have four cabins close by the beach and right by the Gendarme path.
We have four camping cabins with space for four or six overnight guests.

Cabin S - Small cabin with a great view
Cabin S is our smallest cabin. But it has the greatest sea view towards Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg.
Kitchen
The cabin doesn’t’ have its own kitchen, but it is located close to our biggest common kitchen. In the common kitchen there is a cabinet for the cabin. In this cabinet you will find cutlery, plates, pots and pans.
Beds
In the cabin you will find four sleeping spaces. Two of the beds are in bunk beds and the two others on a futon. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin. You can rent bed linens from us or bring your own.
Facilities
In front of the cabin there is a sheltered terrace from where you have the view of the sea. Here you fill find a bench and two chairs. Shower and restroom facilities can be found in the service building close by the cabin.

Cabin M - Hikers favorite
This type of cabin is a hit during the summer as it is placed nicely sheltered with a big lawn in front of. A lot of space for playing and sunbathing. The cabin is especially used for short stays by the hikers on the Gendarme Path.
Kitchen
The cabin is equipped with a small kitchen with hotplates, a refrigerator, a kettle, coffemachine, cutlery and plates. Enough equipment for a camping holiday, but not the best conditions for the big party dinner.
Beds
The sleeping spaces are located on two lofts with two mattresses on each. You reach the lofts by climbing a ladder. If you have any problems with climbing the ladder, we recommend that you have a look at one of our alternative accommodations. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin. You can rent bed linens from us or bring your own.
Facilities
By the cabin there is a sheltered barbecue terrace with a wonderful sea view. This is shared with the two other cabins in the area. Shower and restroom facilities are found in the main building that is right next to the cabins.

We have two cabins S. They are right next to each other and close to our service facilities.
Cabin XL - The big one
This is our biggest cabin. It even has a sea view directly from the terrace towards Dybbøl Mill and Sønderborg. A big and bright cabin with lots of space. Perfect for your vacation stay or as your base when you explore Southern Denmark!

There are sleeping spaces for six people in the cabin. Four of them are on the ground floor, two more on a sleeping loft. You reach the loft by climbing a ladder. If you have any problems with climbing the ladder, we recommend that you choose one bed on the ground floor. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin. You can rent bed linens from us or bring your own.

The cabin XL is our biggest cabin. From the terrace you have a sea view and a high risk of beautiful sunsets.
Free WLAN
At Gammelmark, you can stay close to the ones at home while on vacation with our free Wi-Fi. You will receive a Wi-Fi code upon check-in and from there on, you have unlimited access.
Unfortunately we can’t promise you high speed connection during weeks where we are fully booked.
Dogs are welcome
At Gammelmark Strand Camping we love dogs – we even have an office dog. However, we do have a few rules for our four-legged friends.
We kindly ask for your understanding that not all of our guests share the same enthusiasm for dogs as we do. Therefore, we would like to remind you that dogs must always be kept on a leash on our premises. Additionally, it is your responsibility to clean up after your dog – please make sure to collect any waste they leave behind.
If you remember this tiny set of rules, we might have a treat for your dog in the reception. We can’t wait to say hi!
