Practical information Cabins, B&B rooms and glamping tents
- Check-In – 14.00 – 18.00 o´clock
- Late Check-In – after 18.00 o´clock
Please notify us by e-mail checkin@gammelmark.de or by phone +45 74 44 17 42 - Check-Out – The rental unit must be left in a clean condition by 11:00 o´clock.
- Cancellation – In case of cancellation, please inform us by e-mail: booking@gammelmark.dk
If you wish to cancel, please do it as soon as possible.If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded.
However, an administration fee of DKK 300.00 will be deducted.
If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded, with the exception of the administration fee of DKK 300.00.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your planned arrival, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival must be paid in full.
- Down payment
If the deposit is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. - Bed linen (cabins / tents)
It is possible to book bed linen for your stay. - B&B room
In the B&B-rooms, the use of bed linen is included in the price, the final cleaning too.
B&B-rooms include final cleaning and bed
However, used cutlery, plates etc. must be rinsed.
Please put used bed linen in the hallway. - Breakfast / packed lunch please order the day before
- Cleaning
Cabins and tents must be cleaned by the tenant before departure.
The final cleaning can be ordered no later than the day before departure.
