Check-Out
The rental unit must be left in a clean condition by 11 am.
Please do NOT drive up with the caravan/PWC to check out and come to reception on foot.
Campsite rules
Keep a safe distance of at least 3 metres from the neighbouring pitch (1.5 metres from your own pitch boundary)
Reception opening hours
- It is not possible to shorten your stay free of charge once you have made your booking or started your journey.
- Extension of the booking only possible subject to availability
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, please inform us in writing by e-mail: booking@gammelmark.dk
If you wish to cancel, please do it as soon as possible. If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded.
However, an administration fee of DKK 300.00 will be deducted.
If you cancel between 14 and 30 days before arrival, 50 % of the amount paid will be refunded, with the exception of the administration fee of DKK 300.00.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your planned arrival, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before scheduled arrival must be paid in full.
If the deposit is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Electricity
On arrival you will receive a power card with all the important information about your power supply at the pitch. The setting is not always identical at the different parking spaces. Therefore, please observe the instructions and power specifications on your keycard flyer.
Info
Bed linen (cabins / tents) It is possible to book bed linen for your stay.
BB rooms In the BB rooms, the use of bed linen is included in the price, as is the final cleaning.
BB rooms include final cleaning and bed. However, used cutlery, plates etc. must be rinsed. Please put used bed linen in the hallway.

Reinigung Kabinen und Zelte müssen vom Mieter vor der Abreise gereinigt werden. The final cleaning can be ordered no later than the day before departure.
