Camping cabins
Enjoy a vacation or a weekend by the sea. At Gammelmark Strand Camping we have four camping cabins close to the beach and right by the Gendarmsti.
We have four camping cabins with space for four or six overnight guests.

Cabin Type I
This type of cabin is a hit during the summer as it is placed nicely sheltered with a big lawn in front of. A lot of space for playing and sunbathing. The huts are popular with hikers travelling along the Gendarmsti for short breaks.
Kitchen
The cabin is equipped with a small kitchen with hotplates, a refrigerator, a kettle, coffemachine, cutlery and plates. Enough equipment for a camping holiday, but not the best conditions for the big party dinner.
Beds
The sleeping areas are spread over two sleeping lofts, each with two mattresses. You reach the lofts by climbing a ladder. If you have any problems with climbing the ladder, we recommend that you have a look at one of our alternative accommodations. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin. You can rent bed linens from us or bring your own.
Facilities
The hut has a covered barbecue terrace with a view of the sea, which you share with the two neighbouring huts. You will find sanitary facilities in the main building right next to the huts.

We have two cabins S. They are right next to each other and close to our service facilities.
Cabin Type II
This is our biggest cabin. It even has a sea view directly from the terrace towards Dybbøl Mill and Sønderborg. A big and bright cabin with lots of space. Perfect for your vacation stay or as your base when you explore Southern Denmark!

There are six sleeping places in the hut. Four of them are located on the ground floor, two more on a sleeping loft. You reach the loft by climbing a ladder. If you have any problems with climbing the ladder, we recommend that you choose one bed on the ground floor. There are duvets and pillows in the cabin. You can rent bed linens from us or bring your own.

The cabin Type II is our biggest cabin. From the terrace you have a sea view and a high risk of beautiful sunsets.
Free WLAN
At Gammelmark, you can stay close to the ones at home while on vacation with our free Wi-Fi. You will receive a Wi-Fi code upon check-in and from there on, you have unlimited access.
Unfortunately we can’t promise you high speed connection during weeks where we are fully booked.
Dogs are welcome
Bei Gammelmark Strand Camping lieben wir Hunde – wir haben sogar einen Bürohund. Wir haben allerdings ein paar Regeln für unsere vierbeinigen Freunde.
We ask for your understanding that not all our guests share the same enthusiasm for dogs as we do. We would therefore like to point out that dogs must always be kept on a leash on our premises. It is also your responsibility to clean up your dog’s droppings – please make sure you pick them up.
If you remember this tiny set of rules, we might have a treat for your dog in the reception. We can’t wait to say hi!
